张喜莲教授治疗原发性雷诺现象验案1则

摘要
雷诺现象是指由血管神经功能紊乱,导致肢端小动脉阵发性痉挛,血液循环受阻,表现为四肢末端感觉异常,皮肤颜色间歇性发白,继而潮红的疾病.张喜莲教授治疗1例雷诺现象患儿,认为该病应归属于中医学伤寒"少阴病"范畴,病机关键在于营血虚弱,血虚则生内寒,寒凝经脉则血液、阳气不能达于四末,致手足厥寒等症,遇外寒,则症益甚,故辨证为血虚寒厥证.治宜从温经散寒、养血通脉入手,选用经方当归四逆汤化裁,可获良效.
Abstract
Renault's phenomenon refers to a disease caused by dysfunction of blood vessels and nerves,resul-ting in paroxysmal spasms of small arteries in the limbs,obstructed blood circulation,abnormal sensation at the ends of the limbs,intermittent whitening of skin color,and subsequent flushing.Professor ZHANG Xilian treated a child with Renault's phenomenon and believed that the disease should belong to the category of"Shaoyin disease"of ty-phoid fever in traditional Chinese medicine.The key to the pathogenesis is weak blood circulation,blood deficiency leads to internal cold,and cold coagulation of meridians leads to blood and yang qi not reaching the end of the four seasons,causing symptoms such as hand and foot syncope cold.When encountering external cold,the symptoms be-come more severe.Therefore,the diagnosis is blood deficiency cold syncope syndrome.The treatment should start with warming the meridians,dispersing cold,nourishing blood,and unblocking the meridians.The classic formula Danggui Sini Tang(当归四逆汤)with modification can be used to achieve good results.
