摘要
青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)作为一种复杂的三维脊柱畸形,其在早期的治疗手段主要以非手术治疗为主.其中牵引治疗作为非手术治疗的一种,因其操作简便、效果显著、痛苦较小而被广泛应用.通过查阅近年的文献,对牵引治疗AIS的现状和作用机制进行了概述,并总结了牵引治疗AIS相关临床研究的进展.同时,探讨了牵引治疗AIS的有效性和可行性,为牵引治疗AIS提供了临床依据.
Abstract
Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS),as a complex three-dimensional spinal deformity,is mainly treated with non-surgical treatment in the early stage.Traction therapy,as one of the non-surgical treatments,is widely used because of its simplicity,significant effect and less pain.By reviewing the literature in recent years,the current status and mechanism of action of traction treatment for AIS were outlined,and the progress of clinical stud-ies related to traction treatment for AIS was summarised.At the same time,the effectiveness and feasibility of traction treatment for AIS were discussed,which provided a clinical basis for traction treatment for AIS.
