摘要
查阅近5年中医治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的相关文献,从病因病机、辨证论治、分期论治等方面进行了总结.究其病因多与外感之火、食积之火、湿热之火、阴虚之火等有关,治法各具特点,临床疗效显著.指出今后需要加大大样本、随机、双盲、多中心的临床研究,以寻求更为标准化、规范化的诊疗指南,科学指导临床治疗.
Abstract
We reviewed the literature related to the treatment of purulent tonsillitis in children by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,and summarized it from the aspects of etiology,diagnosis and treatment,and staging.The etiology of the disease was mostly related to the fire of exogenous infection,the fire of food accumula-tion,the fire of dampness-heat,the fire of yin deficiency,etc.,and the treatments were characterized by their own features,with remarkable clinical efficacy.It is pointed out that it is necessary to increase the large-sample,random-ized,double-blind,multi-center clinical research in the future,in order to seek for a more standardized diagnosis and treatment guidelines,and to guide the clinical treatment scientifically.
