基于"心主神明"探析"通补兼施"在儿童孤独症谱系障碍中的应用

摘要
儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)虽然临床症状表现复杂,变化多端,但归根结底是精神、思维、意识活动的改变,即是神志的异常改变.基于《黄帝内经》"心主神明"理论,从补心气、通心窍、通使道以及流通气血4个方面探讨"通补兼施"在儿童ASD中的应用,治疗以补为本,以通为用,寓通于补,通补兼施,以平为期,以和为贵,保证心神的充足和调畅,从而发挥其正常功能,为ASD的中医诊疗提供思路.
Abstract
Although the clinical manifestations of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in children are complex and varied,they ultimately stem from changes in mental,cognitive,and conscious activities,namely abnormal alterations in mental states.Based on the theory of"the heart governs mental activities"from the The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine,this paper explores the application of"simultaneous tonification and drainage"in children with ASD from four aspects:nourishing heart qi,opening heart orifices,smoothing the pathways,and circulating qi and blood.The treatment focuses on nourishment as the foundation,drainage as the means,integrating nourishment with drainage,aiming for balance and harmony.By ensuring the sufficiency and smoothness of mental activities,the nor-mal functions of the heart-mind can be restored,providing insights into the diagnosis and treatment of ASD in tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
