摘要
陈竹教授认为儿童过敏性鼻炎与肺、肝密切相关,多责之于风邪侵袭.陈教授在重视"天人合一"思想基础上,指出季节、时间规律与本病发生发展密切相关,同时患儿情志的异常、病程的持续性和病情的反复性容易使病情加重.临证用药主张肝肺同调,调肝运肺,在治肺的同时加疏肝、清肝之品,疗效满意.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Professor CHEN Zhu believes that pediatric allergic rhinitis is closely related to the lung and liv-er,often attributed to the invasion of wind pathogens.Based on the concept of"harmony between man and nature",professor CHEN emphasizes that seasonal and temporal patterns are intimately linked to the occurrence and progres-sion of this disease.Additionally,emotional disturbances,persistent disease courses,and recurrent symptoms in chil-dren can easily exacerbate the condition.In clinical practice,professor CHEN advocates a simultaneous treatment ap-proach targeting both the liver and lung,aiming to regulate liver function and promote lung qi circulation.By incor-porating liver-soothing and liver-clearing herbs alongside lung-treating medications,satisfactory therapeutic effects have been achieved.A case study is presented for verification.
