摘要
通过对汉代至明清时期历代医家著作中关于伏龙肝在儿科临床应用文献记载进行整理分析,发现伏龙肝在中医古籍文献中记载较多,儿科主要用于治疗小儿脾胃病、皮肤病及心肝病,其中用于治疗小儿呕吐、吐血、泄泻、夜啼、丹毒者最多.为今后伏龙肝在儿科领域的研究及临床应用提供一定的理论支持.
Abstract
Through the collation and analysis of literature records from ancient Chinese medical texts spanning from the Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties,we found that Fulonggan(伏龙肝)has been extensively doc-umented in traditional Chinese medical literature,particularly in its pediatric applications.In pediatrics,Fulonggan is primarily used to treat diseases of the spleen and stomach,skin disorders,as well as diseases of the heart and liver.Among these,it is most commonly employed for treating pediatric vomiting,hematemesis,diarrhea,night crying,and erysipelas.This study provides theoretical support for future research and clinical applications of Fulonggan in the field of pediatrics.
