冯晓纯教授采用运脾清肺通便膏治疗小儿便秘经验

摘要
便秘作为儿科临床常见的脾胃系疾病,可见食积、燥热、气滞、气虚、血虚等不同证型,冯晓纯教授常从脾肺论治.冯教授认为小儿具有肺脾常不足的生理特点,肺与大肠相表里,外邪犯肺,入里化热,肺热下移大肠,灼伤津液,加之后天喂养失宜,脾虚不运,积滞于内,母病及子,子病及母,可致脾虚肺热而发为便秘.以运脾清肺为治疗原则,自拟运脾清肺通便膏,疗效显著.附案例2则,以资验证.
Abstract
Constipation,a common gastrointestinal disorder in pediatric clinical practice,manifests in various syndromes such as food stagnation,dryness-heat,qi stagnation,qi deficiency,and blood deficiency.Professor FENG Xiaochun often approaches its treatment from the perspectives of spleen and lung.Based on the physiological charac-teristics of children,who are inherently prone to deficiencies in spleen and lung,professor FENG believes that the lung and large intestine are internally-externally related.When exogenous pathogens invade the lung,they transform into heat,which descends to the large intestine,burning body fluids.Coupled with inappropriate feeding practices and splenic deficiency,food stagnation occurs internally.This can lead to a mutual influence between the spleen and lung,ultimately causing constipation due to splenic deficiency and lung heat.Adhering to the principle of invigorat-ing the spleen and clearing the lung,professor FENG has formulated Yunpi Qingfei Tongbian Gao(运脾清肺通便膏)movement,with notable therapeutic effects.Two cases are presented for verification.
