运脾和胃调肝法内外合治小儿厌食症经验

摘要
小儿厌食症主要与脾、胃、肝相关,小儿脾胃薄弱,若因喂养不当、情志失畅,致脾失健运、胃失和降、肝失疏泄,常可引发.采用运脾和胃调肝法治疗小儿厌食症临床多获良效,其中运脾法包括补中益气、行气燥湿、清热化湿、温中散寒;和胃法包括消食导滞、行气除满,和胃降逆、通腑除痞,疏肝和胃、泄木安土,养阴生津、润土除痞4法;调肝法包括疏肝解郁、行气消痞,平肝和胃、抑木扶土,行气解郁、化湿利水,养血柔肝、滋水涵木.同时强调配合小儿推拿、穴位贴敷和刺四缝穴的综合治疗,达到标本兼治的目的.附案例1则,以资验证.
Abstract
Anorexia in children is mainly related to the spleen,stomach,and liver.The weak spleen and stomach in children can often be caused by improper feeding,lack of emotional flow,spleen dysfunction,gastric disharmony,and liver dysfunction.The use of spleen and stomach regulating liver methods has achieved good results in clinical practice.The spleen-moving method includes tonifying the zhongjiao and supplementing qi,promoting qi to dry dampness,clearing heat and dampness,warming the zhongjiao and dispelling coldness.The method of harmonizing the stomach includes four meth-ods:digestion and stagnation,promoting qi and removing fullness;harmonizing the stomach to reduce adverse reactions,unblocking the internal organs and removing distension;soothing the liver and stomach;nourishing yin and generating flu-ids.The method of regulating the liver includes soothing the liver and relieving depression,promoting qi and relieving distension;calming the liver and stomach,promoting qi and relieving depression;transforming dampness and promoting water circulation,nourishing blood and softening the liver.At the same time,emphasis is placed on the comprehensive treatment of pediatric tuina,acupoint application,and needling of the sifeng(EX-UE10)to achieve the goal of treating both the symptoms and the root cause.One proven case is presented for verification.
