摘要

在智慧教育时代背景下,数字技术已迅速融入高等教育,未来高等教育智慧化转型成为必然趋势.教师是教育改革和发展的第一资源,未来高等教育的智慧化转型对高校教师教学能力提出了更高的要求.高等教育智慧化转型以其独特的优势从教学技术知识、教学法知识、学科内容知识三个方面助力高校教师教学能力提高.同时,高校教师也将面临教育教学意识数字化转型、教育教学技术知识与技能数字化转型、教育教学数字化应用能力提升、数字化融入教师专业发展等诸多挑战.应通过重塑教师教育教学价值观、夯实教师数字教育教学知与能、提高教师数字技术应用能力、提升教师数字化专业发展能力和激发教师的内在驱动力等措施提高高校教师的数字化教学能力.

Abstract

In the context of the era of intelligent education,digital technology has been rapidly integrated into higher education,and the future intelligent transformation of higher education has become an inevitable trend.Teachers are the first resource for education reform and development,and the future intelligent transformation of higher education puts forward higher requirements for the teaching ability of university teachers.The intelligent transformation of higher education,with its unique advantages,empowers university teachers to improve their teaching ability in three aspects:knowledge of teaching technology,knowledge of pedagogy,and knowledge of subject content.At the same time,university teachers will also face many challenges such as digital transformation of education and teaching awareness,digital transformation of education and teaching technical knowledge and skills,enhancement of education and teaching digital application ability,and digital integration into teachers'professional development.The digital teaching ability of university teachers should be improved through measures such as reshaping teachers'education and teaching values,consolidating teachers'digital education and teaching knowledge and ability,improving teachers'digital technology application ability,enhancing teachers'digital professional development ability,and stimulating teachers'intrinsic driving force.
