摘要
发展新质生产力的本质是通过科技创新带动产业创新,以创新驱动高端产业和产业高端的新动能和新优势.新质生产力要发展,人才是第一资源,但高端产业和产业高端领域的高素质技术技能人才供给明显不足,加快职教高素质技术技能人才培养是促进新质生产力发展的有效途径.市域产教联合体是"产、学、研、训、创"五位一体的政产学研协同的新载体,市域产教联合体实体化运行"进度"、产教融合"深度"和科教融汇"效度"影响职教高素质技术技能人才培养质量.在实践中,通过采取市域产教联合体实体化运行、专业布局和结构动态调整、数字化教学改革及产科教一体化育人等举措,实现职教高素质技术技能人才高质量培养.
Abstract
The essence of developing new quality productive forces is to drive industrial innovation through scientific and technological innovation,and to use innovation to drive high-end industries and new momentum and new advantages of industry high-end.In order to develop new quality productive forces,talents are the first resource,but the supply of high-quality technical and skilled talents in high-end industries and industry high-end fields is obviously insufficient.Accelerating the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational education is an effective way to promote the development of new quality productive forces.Municipal industry-education unity is a new carrier of government-industry-university-research collaboration integrating"industry,learning,research,training and innovation"."Progress"of the substantive operation of municipal industry-education unity,the"depth"of the integration of industry and education and the"validity"of the integration of science and education affect the training quality of high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational education.In practice,by adopting measures such as the substantive operation,professional layout and dynamic structure adjustment of the municipal industry-education unity,the digital teaching reform and the integration education of industry,science and education,the high-quality training of technical and skilled talents in vocational education is realized.
