新质生产力是先进生产力的体现形式,是马克思主义生产力理论的中国创新和实践,为职业教育高质量发展提出了新的机遇与挑战.文章以新能源汽车产业为研究对象,将汽车产业链发展与技能人才的知识、技能、素养对接,分别从新质生产力视角、人才培养教学模式视角探究"知识共生、技能孪生、素养衍生"的技能人才培养路径.
Abstract
The new quality productive forces is a concrete manifestation of advanced productive forces and a Chinese innovation and practice of Marxist productive forces theory,which presents new opportunities and challenges for the high-quality development of vocational education.This study takes the new energy vehicle industry as the research object,and connects the development of the automotive industry chain with the knowledge,skills,and literacy of skilled talents.To explore the talent cultivation path of"knowledge symbiosis,skill twinning,and literacy derivation"from the perspectives of new quality productive forces and talent cultivation teaching mode.
