Theoretical Interpretation and Action Program of Teaching Academic Research in Judicial Vocational Education
Judicial vocational education is not an industry of market economy significance,and it is necessary to focus on the long tail of the rule of law work team to meet the actual needs of local rule of law construction such as grassroots legal services and legal professional assistance for the training of specialized talents.In order to cultivate legal talents with both morality and legal practice,it is necessary to carry out the teaching academic research of"defining teaching as academic"in teaching.On the basis of peer evaluation,the theoretical construction and teaching implementation activities of judicial vocational education are carried out to promote the improvement of teaching quality and realize the development of teachers,by teaching and academic research of judicial vocational education.Based on the existing problems of educational level and skill composition of judicial vocational education teachers in China,this paper demonstrates the high necessity and realistic possibility of carrying out teaching and academic research in the field of judicial vocational education,and puts forward the evaluation criteria to stimulate teachers'motivation to carry out teaching and academic research,strengthen the integration of theory and practice,and clarify the evaluation criteria of the effect of teaching and academic research,so as to help the final landing of teaching academic research.
