Exploration on the Construction of Higher Vocational Education Specialty Clusters Serving Local Industrial Clusters Development from the Perspective of Industry-education Integration
With the increasingly prominent importance of the integration of industry and education in serving regional economic development,the construction of speciality clusters in higher vocational colleges has become an important measure to serve local industries.The support of government policy provides a good environment for the integration of industry and education,and the growth of market demand promotes the expansion and deepening of the scale of the integration of industry and education.In response to the needs of industrial upgrading,the construction of speciality clusters relies on the integration of resources to improve the quality of education,enhance the competitiveness of students in employment,optimize the layout of speciality structures,and promote the deepening of cooperation between schools and enterprises.By analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the integrated development of speciality clusters and industrial clusters,this paper puts forward strategies such as strengthening top-level design,deepening the integration of industry and education,and innovation-driven development.
