中医学的创新发展需要学科交叉研究予以推动,培养具有多学科背景的高层次复合型中医药人才、构建中医药多学科交叉创新团队是目前中医药振兴发展的趋势.中医学术类研究生教育作为中医药高层次人才培养的重要途径,现有培养模式在制度规划、专业建设及培养环节等方面仍存在一定问题,其培养模式改革亟待推进.将学科交叉与创新能力培养相结合,构建以新目标定位、新课程体系、新教研平台、新教学团队为核心的中医学术类研究生"学科交叉、协同创新"人才培养新模式,对推动中医药领域创新型、复合型、应用型人才培养具有重要意义.
Discussion on ways of cultivation of graduate students for academic degrees of traditional Chinese medicine based on"interdisciplinary and collaborative innovation"
Interdisciplinary research being the driving force for the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the current trends for TCM revitalization and development are the cultivation of high-level TCM talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds,and the establishment of interdisciplinary TCM professional teams with innovative competencies.As an important way to cultivate high-level talents,the existing modes of cultivating TCM graduate students for academic degrees are still faced with certain problems in policy planning,program development and training stages,which are in need of immediate reform.It is of great significance for the cultivation of innovative,versatile and practical talents integrating the interdisciplinary and innovative abilities to construct a new mode of cultivation featuring"interdisciplinary and collaborative innovation",centered on new educational objectives,new curriculum system,new teaching and research platform,and new faculty team.
