三位一体协同模式下高等中医药院校复合型人才培养路径的探索

教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,党的二十大报告中明确指出要"促进中医药传承创新发展,推进健康中国建设".因此,高等中医药院校应对"强化现代化建设人才支撑"进行深刻阐述和专业部署.结合辽宁中医药大学的实际情况,基于三位一体协同教育模式,从教育、科技、人才3 个方面进行详细论述,对中医药培养高质量复合型人才提出举措,致力于建设高水平研究型大学,为中国中医药高质量发展添砖加瓦,通过实现三者之间"三位一体"发展,更好地推动深度融合,形成以教育强国、科技强国、人才强国建设为重要着力点的发展格局,加快推进中国式现代化,全面建设社会主义现代化国家.
Exploration of ways to cultivate interdisciplinary talents at traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities based on triple collaborative model
Education,science and technology,and talents are the foundational and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all respects.The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly stated the need to"promote the preservation and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine,and facilitate the construction of a healthy China".Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities have made profound exposition on and rational plan for"developing a strong workforce for the modernization drive".Based on the actual situation of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the three pillars in one collaborative education model,this article proposes measures to cultivate high-quality TCM interdisciplinary talents from the perspectives of education,science and technology,and talents.They aim at building high-level research-oriented universities,contributing to high-quality development of TCM,by in-depth integration of the three pillars.In this way,we hope to transform China into a modern strong socialist country in education,science and technology,and talents by accelerating modernization with Chinese characteristics.
