Exploration of ways of using large instruments and equipment to cultivate innovative undergraduates in colleges and universities
Large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities are the most productive frontier sci-tech resources as well as educational resources with great potential,which can play an important role in the training of undergraduate students.In the context of rapid increase in the scale and level of large-scale instruments and equipment in higher education in the recent years,this paper analyzes in depth the necessity,practical foundation and key issues in making use of such instruments and equipment in the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents.We then put forward the ways to do this from the perspectives of forming synergy,breaking system and mechanism bottlenecks,building experimental technician teams,developing curriculum system,establishing information sharing system,and providing policy guarantee and incentive.
