Ideological and political education in the course Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Techniques:instructional practices and effects
To realize the teaching objectives of acquisition of knowledge,values,and skills,based on the concept of all-faculty,whole-process,all-around education,integrating ideological and political education in professional courses has become the consensus on cultivating talents in vocational/technical degree colleges.In response,the present study identifies the ideological and political elements and incorporates them in the teaching practice of the course Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Techniques,a core course of the program Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Techniques,to cultivate talents with both medical ethics and skills.The paper expounds the ideological and political education in the course from four perspectives,i.e.course design,exploration of ideological and political elements,teaching practice and assessment,for reference.
