Application of microteaching combined with flipped classroom in the course Medical Microbiology with Lab
Cultivating the innovation competence of college students is an important task of higher education in the new era.The course Medical Microbiology with Lab,as a fundamental course of various majors such as traditional Chinese medicine and clinical medicine,is of great significance in cultivating students' practical ability and innovative thinking.The present paper explores the application of microteaching plus flipped classroom in a systematic way to the teaching of the course for a better method of cultivating and enhancing the practical and innovative skills of medical students.The results have proven that the application of such mixed teaching can enable students to master experimental skills easily and efficiently,and improve their self-learning motivation and innovative ability.Therefore,it warrants further promotion and application in teaching basic disciplines.
