Visual analysis of research focuses and trends in standardized residency training of traditional Chinese medicine
Objective To macroscopically present the research overview,focuses,and frontiers in standardized residency training of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through visual analysis.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted with CiteSpace software of 630 articles in this field.Results While researches in this area have been increasing since 2015,significant contributions come from research teams led by LIU Yonghui and institutions such as Henan University of Chinese Medicine.Authors and institutions are closely collaborating.Focuses can be clustered into four categories:professional degrees,clinical thinking,educational reforms,and clinical teaching.Conclusion From 1993 to 2023,related researches in China have become cross-institutional and cross-provincial,as various institutions are in close collaboration.The research content covers the entire cultivation process of TCM practitioners from college education to standardized training.Future studies may focus more on TCM classics and ways of thinking.
