Research on construction and management of university health stations based on system contingency organization theory
Objective To study the current situation and problems of the construction and management of health stations in universities,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures to promote it to give full play to the function of protecting the health of teachers and students and maintaining the stability of campus.Methods 30 persons in charge of the prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection in 10 universities were interviewed in a semi-structured manner by the method of objective sampling,and the results were summarized by the system contingency organization theory.Results It is found that universities construct the indoor space of health stations through modifications,relocation and leasing.The internal organizational structure of the stations is matrix-based,serving teachers and students who meet certain criteria and coordinating prevention and control efforts with internal and external departments of the university.The study also establishes orderly health station business operation guide and process.However,some universities have not set up health stations in individual campuses,some staff allocation did not meet the management guidelines,and less attention was paid to the construction of the social psychological system of the station.Conclusions This paper proposes to improve the healthy development of the health station by clarifying the differentiated target positioning of the health station and the school hospital,establishing a unique medical and prevention integrated health station technical service system and perfecting the operation,incentive and performance evaluation management support scheme of the health station.
