Research on the dilemmas and optimization paths for the development of medical students' physical exercise abilities from the perspective of self-directed learning theory
In the new era of"Healthy China"and"integration of sports and medicine,"the development and cultivation of medical students′ physical exercise abilities should become an important part of the talent training system in medical colleges.However,the current development of medical students′ physical exercise abilities faces real challenges such as outdated teaching concepts and models,a lack of high-quality teaching resources,insufficient guidance and supervision,and a shortage of evaluation standards,which hinder the development of medical students′ physical exercise abilities.From the perspective of self-directed learning theory,this paper analyzes the dilemmas in the development of medical students′ physical exercise abilities:transforming learning concepts and teaching models to establish self-directed learning goals for medical students′ physical exercise abilities;enhancing high-quality teaching resources to support the realization of self-directed learning;and strengthening guidance,supervision,and scientific evaluation to ensure the quality of self-directed learning in the development of medical students′ physical exercise abilities.
