中医药法律英译的翻译主体间性探究——以《中华人民共和国中医药法》英译为例

中医药法律由国家制定并以国家强制力保证实施,其国家属性明显,民族特色突出,其翻译实践是促进中医药以良好、规范的范式进行国际传播的重要举措.翻译主体间性理论探讨了翻译活动过程中不同主体的交互作用,使翻译实践呈现出一种多元和谐的效果.以《中华人民共和国中医药法》为例,聚焦译者、创作者、接收者三元主体,解构原作者、译者和读者间的互动关系及其表现形式,为中医药法律的翻译实践提供参考与借鉴.
Intersubjectivity research on the English translation of TCM laws:a case study on Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine
Formulated by the state and enforced with national authority,TCM laws clearly display their national attributes and emphasize their ethnic characteristics.Their translation practices are important to promote the international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in a formal and standardized paradigm.The intersubjectivity in translation explores the interaction between different subjects in the translation process,facilitating a diverse and harmonious effect in translation practice.Taking the Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper focuses on the translator,creator,and receiver,deconstructing their interactive relationships and manifestations between the original author,translator and reader,with the aim of providing references for the future translation practice of TCM laws.
