Curriculum reform and practice of medicinal chemistry of natural products with the aim of three comprehensive education
culture,the course of Natural Medicinal Chemistry serves as a traditional professional course in pharmacy and a bridging discipline between Chinese and Western pharmacy.It plays an indispensable role in the current new drug research and development.To achieve the educational goal of fostering virtue through education,the teaching team has proposed an all-encompassing"Three-in-One"teaching model that integrates theoretical,practical,and research education with the"Five Educations"approach.Comprehensive reforms have been implemented in both the form and content of theoretical and experimental teaching.By adopting a blended online and offline teaching method and reconstructing classroom teaching using the six-step effective teaching method,students'interest and initiative in learning are stimulated,achieving comprehensive teaching management before,during,and after class.In terms of teaching content,the integration of the"Five Educations"approach is actively explored and practiced.The teaching process emphasizes cultivating students'national pride,cultural confidence,and professional confidence,as well as fostering scientific spirit and innovation awareness.Students are guided to care about the future of the country and the nation,aiming to cultivate well-rounded qualified successors for the development of the country's pharmaceutical industry.
