Research on the application of Mini-CEX in the internship teaching of nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine
Objective Observation of the role of Mini-CEX in improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nephrology internship teaching.Method Taking rotating undergraduate students as the research object,internship students were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 people in each group.The observation group received Mini-CEX evaluation twice in total.The control group of students used traditional teaching methods.Two groups were observed for a total of 4 weeks.After the internship,two groups will be evaluated for teaching satisfaction and clinical skill assessment before leaving the department,and the two groups will be compared.The observation group used a 5-point Likert scale to evaluate the recognition of various contents of Mini-CEX through a questionnaire.Results After 4 weeks of internship,the final Mini-CEX assessment score of the observation group improved compared to the initial score(P<0.001),and the clinical skills assessment score of the observation group increased compared to the control group(P<0.01).The observation group scored>4.4 points in all evaluations of Mini CEX.Conclusion The introduction of Mini-CEX evaluation into the internship teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nephrology can help improve the quality of teaching.
