To construct the post competency index system for teachers of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on Delphi method
Objective To construct the evaluation index for the post competency of teachers of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,providing a standard and quantitative basis for their evaluation,training,and selection.Methods Based on literature research and expert interviews to understand the actual situation,the Delphi method was employed for expert consultations to determine the key content of the indicators.Results Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted,resulting in the construction of a competency index system for teachers of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This system includes 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 49 third-level indicators.Conclusion The post competency evaluation index system for teachers of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine reflects not only their professional knowledge and teaching ability but also their internal characteristics,moral standards,and professional qualities.This index system is scientific and operable,providing an objective and quantifiable basis for the selection and training of these teachers,and offering important theoretical support for the formulation of standards and norms in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine education.
