Research on the construction of an evaluation system for the teaching ability of integrated Chinese and Western medicine teachers
Integrated Chinese and Western medicine is a unique medical discipline in China,and the teaching ability of its teachers is crucial to the quality of higher education in this field.Exploring the development of an evaluation index system for the teaching ability of integrated Chinese and Western medicine teachers is an important aspect to promote the high-quality development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine education.Through the use of literature analysis and the Delphi method,three primary indicators,eight secondary indicators,and twenty-two tertiary indicators were established,aiming to provide practical references and tools for the evaluation of the teaching ability of integrated Chinese and Western medicine teachers.
