Research on the status and hot spots of teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine analysis based on CiteSpace
Objective To conduct bibliometric visualization and analysis of the research literature related to the teaching reform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in China since 2000,in order to provide reference for the development of TCM education in China. Methods CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and SinoMed database were used as data sources to incorporate the literature related to the teaching reform of TCM,and CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the authors of the literature,the institutions,and the keywords. Results A total of 10637 articles of literature related to the teaching reform of TCM were included,and the institution with the largest number of articles was Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with a total of 223 core authors involved in this field. The keywords with high frequency and intermediary centrality are experimental teaching,TCM,and talent cultivation. In the past five years,the research hotspots were broadly categorized into experimental/practical teaching,curriculum ideology and talent cultivation,and the research frontiers were curriculum ideology,the "Golden Class" teaching mode and talent cultivation. Conclusion The teaching reform of TCM is highly valued,and it is necessary to further strengthen the cooperation and exchange between institutions and authors,to integrate the teaching reform,curriculum ideology and talent cultivation with the context of the times,and to promote the high-quality development of TCM.
