Path exploration of implementing aesthetic education immersion in traditional Chinese medicine universities:a case study of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
Over years of development,construction,and exploration,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has gradually formed a "Three Persistences,Five Levels" aesthetic education system guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This system aims to guide teachers and students to establish correct aesthetic values,cultivate noble moral character,and shape beautiful minds,using aesthetic education to nurture individuals. Based on the existing aesthetic education framework,this paper explores how to effectively immerse students,teachers,and the school in aesthetic education through three key aspects:innovative reform of aesthetic education courses,creative aesthetic practice,and the construction of a campus culture enriched with aesthetic values. It emphasizes enhancing students' cultural heritage in traditional Chinese studies,constructing an aesthetic education with TCM cultural characteristics,and fostering cultural confidence among teachers and students. The study provides insights into the practical pathways for implementing aesthetic education immersion in TCM universities.
