Research on the assessment of course performance in the micro-major of pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations based on the analytic hierarchy process
Effective evaluation of the teaching outcomes in micro-major programmes is of great significance for promoting course reform, fostering interdisciplinary integration, and enhancing students' overall competence. Taking the micro-major course in pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations as an example, this study constructs a course performance evaluation model using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Seven factors were comprehensively assessed, including pre-class,in-class,and post-class online quizzes, group collaboration, and online post-class reflection tasks. The feasibility, rationality, and objectivity of this evaluation method were confirmed. It effectively engages students' initiative and enthusiasm, helping them better master regulatory knowledge, improve learning efficiency, and achieve positive teaching outcomes. This evaluation system provides valuable insights for further research on the assessment of the micro-major in pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations.
