职业学校"支持"中小学开展职业启蒙教育,已经成为国家层面的教育战略.调查发现,在"支持"作用上,更接受职教优势的发挥;在"支持"内容上,更看重职业兴趣的培养;在"支持"方式上,更聚焦实训基地的体验;在"支持"评价上,更认可劳动意识的增强.因此,可以从提高认识,聚焦"支持"的使命感;优化内容,关注"支持"的满意度;改善方式,增强"支持"的吸引力;创新评价,找准"支持"的关键点等四个方面优化"支持"的质态,助力职普融通的推进.
Research on the Current Situation of Vocational Schools Supporting Vocational Initiation Education in Primary and Secondary Schools
It has become a national education strategy for vocational schools to support the development of vocational initiation education in primary and secondary schools.The research found that in terms of the role of support,it makes better use of advantages of vocational education;in terms of the content of support,it places more emphasis on the cultivation of vocational interests;in terms of the mode of support,it focuses more on the experience of practical training bases;and in terms of evaluation of support,the enhancement of labor awareness is more recognized.Therefore,the quality of support can be optimized in four aspects:raise the awareness and focus on the sense of mission of support,optimize the content and focus on the satisfaction of support,improve the way to enhance the attractiveness of support,and innovate the evaluation to identify the key points of support,helping to promote the integration of vocational and general education.
