摘要

良好的职业启蒙教育是学生更好地适应社会、选择未来职业的前提.在学校教育的引领下,充分发挥家庭教育、社会教育的作用,是深入推动职业启蒙教育发展的重要抓手.文章以爱普斯坦提出的交叠影响域为理论基础,将家校社协同推进职业启蒙教育作为核心问题,分析当前实施职业启蒙教育中存在的困境,为推进职业启蒙教育提供可实施路径.

Abstract

Good vocational enlightenment education is the prerequisite for students to better adapt to society and choose future careers.Under the guidance of school education,giving full play to the key role of family education and social education is an important starting point to further promote the development of vocational enlightenment education.Based on the overlapping domains of influence proposed by Epstein,this paper takes the collaborative promotion of vocational enlightenment education by family,school and community as the core issue,analyzes the existing difficulties in the implementation of vocational enlightenment education,and provides feasible paths for promoting vocational enlightenment education.
