摘要

职业启蒙教育课程旨在帮助学生丰富自我认知、构建职业规划、激发学习动力.但当前的职业启蒙教育课程建设存在着课程设置缺失化、课程内容单一化、课程实施零散化、课程评价片面化的问题,所以要促进职业启蒙教育课程的纵深、健康发展需要各参与主体充分发挥作用,形成合力:政府要加强支持引导,统筹规划课程体系;中小学要开发多元课程形式、实施科学课程评价及培育优秀课程师资;职业院校与社区也要发挥各自优势,整合优化课程资源.

Abstract

Vocational enlightenment education courses are designed to help students enrich their self-cognition,build career planning and stimulate learning motivation.However,there are some problems in the current vocational enlightenment education curriculum construction,such as lack of curriculum setting,simple curriculum content,fragmented curriculum implementation and one-sided curriculum evaluation.Therefore,in order to promote the deep and healthy development of the vocational enlightenment education curriculum,all participants should give full play to their roles and form joint forces:the government should strengthen its support and guidance,and coordinate the planning of the curriculum system;primary and secondary schools should develop diversified curriculum forms,implement scientific curriculum evaluation and cultivate excellent curriculum teachers;vocational colleges and communities should also give full play to their respective advantages,and integrate and optimize curriculum resources.
