厘清本科层次职业教育人才培养类型属性是回应新时代高质量发展对技术技能人才新诉求的关键.当前,本科层次职业教育人才培养存在类型定位模糊不清,培养目标区分不明,培养规格要求有待更新和提高,尚未建立"以人为本"的、开放的新型生态教育系统等问题.从人才培养类型、人才培养层次、人才培养目标及人才服务面向等维度深度剖析其与普通本科、专科层次职业教育的属性差异,从而明晰其本质属性——人才层次高等性、知识结构职业性、专业技能复合性、职业岗位适应性等.
On the Type Attribute of Talent Training in Undergraduate Vocational Education
Clarifying the types and attributes of vocational education talent training at the undergraduate level is crucial to respond to the new demands of high-quality development for technical and skilled talents in the new era.At present,there are problems in training vocational education talents at the undergraduate level,such as unclear type positioning,unclear differentiation of training objectives,the need to update and improve training specifications,and the lack of a"people-oriented"and open new ecological education system.From the aspects of talent training type,talent training level,talent training objectives and talent service orientation,this paper deeply analyzes the attributes of vocational education at the general undergraduate level and specialist level,so as to clarify its essential attributes,such as the higher level of personnel,the vocational structure of knowledge,the compound of professional skills,and the adaptability of vocational positions.
