Discussion on the Development of Interdisciplinary Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges from Multidimensional Theoretical Perspective
The interdisciplinary organization in higher vocational colleges is a new form of organization with typical characteristics of"cross-border"and"cross professional"integration of industry and education.Based on division of labor and collaboration theory,collaborative innovation theory and organizational ecology theory,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion on interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges from a multidimensional perspective.Drawing on these three theories helps to accurately grasp the connotation,basic characteristics and development trends of interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges,and provides theoretical guidance or theoretical basis for the construction of cross-border and integrated interdisciplinary organizations in the practical field of higher vocational education.
