Research on the Cultivation of Vocational and Normal College Students'Educational Feelings under the Background of Professional Accreditation
To nourish and enhance the education feelings of vocational and normal college students is not only a necessary measure to reflect the direction of the education reform of national vocational education teachers,but also an inevitable measure to improve the training quality of secondary vocational teachers.The educational feelings of vocational and normal college students are the spiritual strength of unswerving and unremitting efforts for the future secondary vocational teachers,which are composed of three elements:the sense of identification,the feeling of love and the will of perseverance.Cognitive construction is the foundation of its formation.Practical understanding is the driving medium.Humanistic cultivation and moral consciousness are the external and internal conditions of its formation.In view of the practical difficulties of weak curriculum text,inefficient traditional training methods and insufficient joint efforts of training subjects,this paper takes the professional certification standards of vocational and technical teacher education as guidance,follows the logic of generation mechanism,and builds strong text from curriculum adjustment.It can also be adjusted from the curriculum to strengthen the text,from the teaching penetration to consolidate cognition,from practice guidance to deepen understanding.Through environmental edification to gradually influence,self-education to improve,multi-party support to strengthen the guarantee to explore the way of reform.
