Research on Developmental Evaluation Strategies for Students Based on Adult Learning Characteristics
In the face of the sustainable development of information technology and the improvement of the demand for talent quality and talent ability in the new era,the field of vocational training is in urgent need of fully reform of the educational evaluation.As one of the key points of educational evaluation,student evaluation should conform to the requirements of the times and actively explore an evaluation strategy to adapt to the characteristics of adult learners.On the basis of fully reflecting on the problems existing in the evaluation of vocational training students,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of adult learning,clarifies the basic connotation of student developmental evaluation,and puts forward a set of evaluation strategies for adult learners based on the basic principles of developmental evaluation,so as to better understand and guide the personal development of learners.
