Research on the Teaching System of"Theory-Simulation-Practice"for Fermentation Engineering Course
Fermentation engineering is a compulsory course with strong practicality for biopharmaceutical major.The teaching system of"theory-simulation-practical"plays the linking role of simulation experiment teaching and realizes the organic integration of theory and practice.The analysis of teaching effectiveness shows that the teaching system increases students'learning interest,improves students'understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and promotes the achievement of curriculum objectives.
