职业教育的属性之争是持续关注的热点,增强"教育性"是职业教育的本真回归.为应对发展困境,英国以托尼范式为基本指导,在新职业主义背景下开启改革,持续至今.以核心技能为引领,依托证书课程和T level行动计划,凸显职业教育"教育性"是改革趋向.基于英国经验,我国应以"全人"教育为导向,转变职业教育发展理念;以培养目标为载体,渗透核心素养;以"整合观"为原则,发展职业能力.
How to Emphasize the"Educational Attribute"of Vocational Education:Experience and Enlightenment Based on the Reform of UK
The controversy over the attributes of vocational education has been a hot topic of continuous concern and highlighting"educational attribute"is a return to the nature of vocational education.In order to cope with the development dilemma,the UK has started the reform with Tawnay Paradigm as the basic guide,and in the context of new vocationalism until now.With core skills as the guide,the trend of reform is to emphasize the"educational attribute"of vocational education by relying on certificate courses and T level action plans.Based on the UK experience,our country should take"whole-person"education as the guide and change the concept of vocational education development,take cultivating objectives as the carrier and penetrate core literacy,and take"integrated view"as the principle and develop vocational ability.
