Historical Evolution,Generative Logic and Practical Dimension of Skilled Talents'Integration of Morality and Skills
The fundamental task of vocational education is to cultivate skilled talents who possess both morality and skills.It is also a con-crete manifestation of the important strategic task of integrating education,technology,and talent in the field of vocational education.By sorting out the historical evolution,it is found that the concept of skilled talents has basically gone through three stages:advocating moral education,valuing skill education and integration of morality and skills.The profound summary of phased historical practice experience and the inevitable requirements of the development of the new era are the starting and ending points of the logic of moral and technological in-tegration.From the three practical dimensions of concept,action,and result,an orderly system of university-enterprise as the main body and multiple collaborative participation is formed to complete the action responsibility of morality and skills cultivation.
