Focusing on the Cultivation of Skilled Social Talents:Value,Challenge and Path of School-enterprise Collaborative Practice Teaching
Constructing a skill-based society is an important initiative for the country to develop high-quality productivity,enhance eco-nomic and social vitality,and help industrial transformation and upgrading.School-enterprise collaborative practice teaching has a con-tributing effect on the enrichment of the connotation of talents in the skill-based society due to its integrity,openness and practicability.However,the school-enterprise collaborative practice teaching in helping the construction of skill-based society has some problems such as the differentiation of skill specification,the formalization of collaborative education,and the one-sided teaching concept,which lead to the realistic challenges of skill matching mechanism disorder,skill formation inefficiency,and skill culture cultivation deficiency.In this regard,it is necessary to make systematic plan for school-enterprise collaborative practice teaching and formulate action strategies to help the con-struction of a skill-based society,in order to promote the balance between supply and demand of skills;In-depth implementation of school-enterprise dual education is necessary to enhance the efficiency of skill formation;The cultivation of professional emotions should be em-phasised to serve the shaping of skill culture.
