Exploration on the Construction of Industrial College Community of Destiny from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory
Considering the current weak domestic and external policy and institutional environment of industrial colleges,the difficulty of the formation of multiple governance pattern,the difficulty of the guarantee of the quality of talents and other realistic difficulties,the sym-biosis theory is used to put forward the strategy of building a community with a shared future for industrial college,that is,by improving the governance structure system,designing the incentive mechanism for sharing benefits,constructing the school-enterprise collaborative edu-cation system,and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system.In order to effectively link the school-enterprise sym-biosis unit,optimize the school-enterprise symbiosis environment,evolve into a continuous and integrated school-enterprise symbiosis mod-el,accumulate symbiotic energy,and promote the healthy and stable development of industrial colleges.
