Study on the Current Situation,Difficulties and Pathways of Cultivating High-skilled Talents in Wuxi under the Strategy of Talents Strengthening
By analyzing the current situation of the development of high-skilled talents in Wuxi,it is found that there are problems in the cultivation of high-skilled talents,such as insufficient quantity,unreasonable structure,insufficient participation of enterprises and inade-quate social atmosphere.In order to solve these problems effectively,it is supposed to accelerate the top-level design and improve the strategic plan for cultivating high-skilled talents;Create basic conditions and optimize the collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises;Strengthen publicity and create a good atmosphere for promoting the spirit of craftsmanship.
