Construction of a Standard Model for Professional Development of Vocational Education Teachers Based on the Grounded Theory
The professional development of vocational education teachers is a powerful lever for improving the construction of vocational education teaching staff and promoting the rapid development of vocational education.In the context of rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and societal transformation,constructing a standard model for the professional development of vocational education teachers has great significance of the current era.Through the Behavioral Event Interview and the Grounded Theory research,it is determined that the core coding of the construction of the standard model for professional development of vocational teachers lies in the content elements.Therefore,the paper summarizes,extracts and updates the content elements of the professional development standards for vocational educa-tion teachers and constructs a theoretical model with four main dimensions:comprehensive professional knowledge centered around condi-tional and practical knowledge,composite professional competencies centered around lifelong learning abilities,positive affective education guided by personal character,and multidimensional professional consciousness centered around autonomous reflection.Furthermore,it refines this model into 15 secondary sub-dimensions and 112 tertiary sub-dimensions,thus constructing the standard model for the profes-sional development of vocational education teachers.
