Study on the Willingness and Behavior of Vocational College Teachers to Participate in Enterprise Practice:From the Perspective of Rational Choice Theory
The management method of promoting teachers to deeply participate in enterprise practice is an important guarantee for the construction of the"double-typed qualities"teachers in higher vocational colleges.The level of technical skills and mastery of enterprise development trends of teachers are positively correlated with the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.Research has found that the willingness and behavior of teachers to participate in corporate practice are influenced by factors such as individual strength,value cognition and possession of resources.Vocational college teachers mainly engage in three types of enterprise practice behaviors:professional development,promotion of professional titles and meeting the requirements.Higher vocational colleges should combine the current situation of local economic and industrial development,implement diversified paths for enterprise practice and establish effective incentive mechanisms to ensure the stability of policies on enterprise practice of teachers and promote active and efficient participation of teachers in enterprise practice.
