摘要
"双师型"教师队伍是深化职业教育教学改革的关键支柱."双师型"教师队伍建设以培养现代化建设人才为价值基点,以打造高质量教师教育体系为价值本质,以推进中国式职业教育现代化为价值向度,积极嵌入社会主义现代化建设场域.着眼中国式"双师型"教师队伍现代化建设的价值取向,职业院校须明确和牢牢把握理念引领、系统支撑与组织保障的推行逻辑.在此基础上,以"整体+部分"为核心,完善规章制度链;以"三横+三纵"为导向,建设教学资源库;以"中心+外围"为保障,打造治理共同体,探索中国式职业教育"双师型"教师队伍现代化建设行动方略.
Abstract
As the key pillar of deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching,the"double qualified"teacher is actively em-bedded in the field of building a modern socialist country with the value basis of cultivating talents for modernization,the value essence of building a high-quality teacher education system,and the value orientation of promoting the Chinese path to modernization of vocational e-ducation.Focusing on the value orientation of the modernization for the Chinese-style"double qualified"teachers,vocational colleges should clearly and firmly grasp the implementation logic of concept guidance,system support and organizational guarantee.On this basis,improve the rules and regulations chain with"whole+part"as the core,build a teaching resource database guided by"three horizontal+three vertical",build a governance community taking"center+periphery"as the guarantee,so as to explore the action strategy of Chinese path to modernization of"double qualified"teachers.
