Current Situation,Problems and Path Exploration of the Formulation of Talents Cultivation Program in Vocational Undergraduate Education:An Empirical Investigation Based on the Talents Cultivation Program of the Major of Electronic Commerce in Six Colleges
The paper takes"electronic commerce"major of six typical vocational undergraduate colleges in China as an example to make an empirical study of their talents cultivation programs.The study finds that the development of talents cultivation programs should start from the industry,organically integrate the industrial chain and the talent chain,determine the objectives and specifications of high-level talents in vocational undergraduate education,build the curriculum system by"four highlights",build the"five common"model by in-depth integration between introduction and education and cooperation between enterprises and schools,build"double qualified"teaching staffs for vocational undergraduate education,and build a multi-dimensional teaching resource database,in order to build a talents cultivation pro-gram in vocational undergraduate education suitable for China's national conditions,and promote the structural reform of talent supply side.
