科教融汇视域下职业本科教育的现实困境与发展出路

摘要
针对职业本科教育在科教融汇方面的现实困境,需要增强理念与标准的先进性、促进产教与科教的交融性、提高组织与机制的适应性、优化制度与激励的指向性.通过打造科教融汇"双师型"教师队伍,搭建高质量科教融汇服务平台,科学确定人才培养定位与标准,构建合理的科教融汇课程体系,深入推进职业本科教育"三教"改革等措施,实现高质量完成职业本科试点任务的目标.
Abstract
In view of the current situation and dilemma in the integration between science research and education in vocational under-graduate education,it is necessary to enhance the advanced nature of concepts and standards,promote the integration of industry,education and science research,improve the adaptability of the organization and mechanism,and optimize the orientation of systems and incentives.By building a"double-qualified"teacher team integrating science research and education,building a high-quality service platform for the integration between science research and education,scientifically determining the idea and standard of talent cultivation,constructing a reasonable curriculum system for the integration between science research and education,and deeply promoting the"reforms of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods"in vocational undergraduate education,the pilot task of vocational undergraduate education will be completed with high quality.
