摘要
从"专业"到"专业群",必然伴随着专业人才培养模式变革和专业人才培养方案重构.基于专业群建设的高职院校专业人才培养方案重构应以国家高等职业教育专业教学标准、专业群组群逻辑和复合型技术技能人才培养规律为基本遵循,精准定位专业群及群内各专业人才培养目标,基于人才培养目标做好课程体系构建,从根本上保障专业群人才培养质量.
Abstract
The change from"specialty"to"specialty cluster"is inevitably accompanied by the reform of mode of talents cultivation and the reconstruction of talents cultivation program.The reconstruction of talents cultivation program in higher vocational colleges based on the construction of specialty cluster should basically follow the national teaching standards of higher vocational education,the combinational logic of specialty cluster and the law of cultivation for composite talents,precisely target the cultivating objectives of specialty cluster and each specialty,and reconstruct the curriculum system based on the talents cultivation objectives,in order to fundamentally ensure the qual-ity of talents cultivation in specialty cluster.
