摘要
场域理论视角下,校企协同育人机制是多场域自主互动化过程.但在实际的育人过程中,校企协同育人存在场域定位偏差、角色定位模糊、资本悬殊等困境.据此分析,职业院校校企协同育人过程中需要通过明确场域定位、重塑育人惯习、重视资本激励等途径化解校企协同育人存在的问题,以提高育人实效性.
Abstract
Based on the field theory,the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism is a process of autonomous interaction in multiple fields.However,it is found that there are still difficulties in the actual process of talents cultivation,such as field positioning devi-ation,ambiguous role positioning and capital disparity.According to this analysis,in the process of school-enterprise collaborative educa-tion in vocational colleges,it is necessary to effectively resolve the problems of school-enterprise collaborative education by clarifying the field positioning,reshaping the habit of education,and attaching importance to capital incentives,so as to improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise education.
