Research on the Fair Development of Vocational Education and Training System in Finland
Finland's emphasis on vocational education and training stems from its early industrial cultural tradition,and the quality of vo-cational education and training is regarded as a key factor related to the efficiency of education and training and the personal equality.This article explores the reasons that support the smooth development of vocational education and training system in Finland from six aspects of social production needs,solid basic education knowledge,complete qualification system,high-quality teachers,perfect education policies and bills,and establishment of professional qualification structure,so as to provide reference for the development of vocational education system in China.
